abertis is present in the toll roads sector in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Puerto Rico.

abertis is one of Chile's major toll road manager in Chile, where it controls the following assets:

· concesionaria del elqui (100%), owner of the 229-km concession in Los Vilos – La Serena in Chile.

· gesa (100%), company responsible for operating and maintaining the Los Vilos-La Serena toll road. It is also responsible for the management, conservation and operation of the Santiago-Los Vilos(218
km), Túnel del Melón (5 km), and Chillán Concepción (75 km) toll roads.

· rutas del pacífico (78,9%), concessionaire for the 131-kilometre Rutas del Pacífico toll road, which links Santiago de Chile to Valparaíso and Viña del Mar.

· Autopista Central (50%). 61km of toll road in two sections: the Eje Norte-Sur toll road, which runs from the River Maipú to the link with the Américo Vespucio Norte toll road, and the Eje General Velásquez, running from Ruta 5 Sur to the point where it joins Ruta 5 Norte. abertis has a 50% holding via Invinsl, a company in which Santander Infrastructure Fund II also has a share.

In Puerto Rico, abertis –in partnership with Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners II–manages the PR-22 toll road (83 km), which connects San Juan to Arecibo in the north of the country, and PR-5, length of 4 kilometers from the PR-22 that crosses the capital. The Group also operates the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge through the concessionaire Autopistas de Puerto Rico (apr).

On the other hand, abertis controls Grupo Concesionario del Oeste (gco), holder of the concession of the Autopista del Oeste (Buenos Aires-Luján), 56 km., west access to the capital of Argentina.

· Coviandes (39%), Santa Fe de Bogotá – Villavicencio, (86 km), in Colombia.

· Ausol (45%), owner of the 119 km northern access to Buenos Aires, in Argentina.
