The Share and the Share capital
abertis shares are listed on the four Spanish stock exchanges (Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid and Valencia) and are traded on the continuous market, forming part of Spain's selective Ibex 35 index, which brings together the country's 35 leading listed companies.
The company's share capital stands at 2,010,987,168 and is divided into 670,329,056 ordinary shares, of a single class and series, with a nominal value of 3 euros each, fully subscribed and paid up.
