·	10/10/08 Changes in the Audit and Control Commitee.

·	10/01/08 Pennsylvania Transportation Partners (PTP), the consortium made up by abertis, Citi Infrastructure Partners and Criteria CaixaCorp., which made the winning bid in the Pennsylvania Turnpike toll road tender, has decided not to extend its offer, which expired on 30 September. [pdf, 311Kb]

·	07/02/08 abertis has reached an agreement with the ACS Group to purchase toll road concessionaires in Chile.

·	07/01/08 abertis reports that it has closed the sale of the 2.875% stake that it held in Port Aventura to Criteria Caixa Corp., for an amount of 19.97 million Euros. [pdf, 266Kb]

·	06/26/08 The competition authorities approve the acquisition by Abertis Telecom of a stake in Hispasat.

·	06/11/08 abertis telecom and TDF reach a preliminay agreement regarding Axión. Under the terms of this preliminary agreement, abertis telecom would acquire 65% of TDF’s stake in the operator, Axión.

·	06/11/08 abertis informs tha the Spanish Securities Commission (CNMV) has agreed the listing of the company’s new shares arising from the share capital increase carried out through a bonus share issue .

·	06/06/08 Today abertis, through its subsidiary, Abertis Telecom, S.A., within its exploration of new opportunities and markets, has updated, along with other financial partners, certain non-binding valuation figures of a newly created company, Eiffel. The mobile telephony operators, Wind and H3G, will contribute to Eiffel business involving their telecommunications towers.

·	02/15/08 Today the Spanish Cabinet gave abertis the green light to acquire 28.4% of Hispasat through its telecommunications subsidiary, abertis telecom. Now that the Spanish government has authorised the deal, it must be cleared by the anti-trust authorities.
