(1) This register complies with Royal Decree 1362/2007, of 19th October 2007, implementing Law 24/1988 on the Securities Market, concerning the transparency requirements relating to information on issuers whose securities are accepted for trading on a secondary official market or other regulated market in the European Union (The “Royal Decree 1362/2007”).
According to the article 23.2 of Royal Decree 1362/2007, these voting rights have been calculated on the total of the representative shares of the Abertis share capital, without considering that the exercise of the rights belonging to Abertis treasury shares is cancelled.
(2) Fundación Bancaria Caja de Ahorros y Pensiones de Barcelona "la Caixa" manages Criteria Caixa, S.A.U, which has a stake of 15.02% of the voting rights in Abertis. Criteria Caixa, S.A.U, manages Inversiones Autopistas, S.L, which has a stake of 7.65% of the voting rights in Abertis.
(3) Inmobiliaria Espacio, S.A. owns its shareholding through the following structure: 1.737% directly and 2.500% through OHL Emisiones S.A.U.
