·	11/06/08 abertis telecom and TDF reach a preliminay agreement regarding Axión. Under the terms of this preliminary agreement, abertis telecom would acquire 65% of TDF’s stake in the operator, Axión.

·	11/06/08 abertis informs tha the Spanish Securities Commission (CNMV) has agreed the listing of the company’s new shares arising from the share capital increase carried out through a bonus share issue .

·	06/06/08 Today abertis, through its subsidiary, Abertis Telecom, S.A., within its exploration of new opportunities and markets, has updated, along with other financial partners, certain non-binding valuation figures of a newly created company, Eiffel. The mobile telephony operators, Wind and H3G, will contribute to Eiffel business involving their telecommunications towers.

·	15/02/08 Today the Spanish Cabinet gave abertis the green light to acquire 28.4% of Hispasat through its telecommunications subsidiary, abertis telecom. Now that the Spanish government has authorised the deal, it must be cleared by the anti-trust authorities.
