BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of Abertis Infraestructuras accepted, at its meeting held on 30 November 2004, the resignation of the board member Gilberto Benetton of the Italian infrastructures group Autostrade.
On the proposal of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee it also agreed to nominate by co-option Miguel Ángel Gutiérrez as an independent director, to take the place of Jordi Aristot.
Miguel Ángel Gutiérrez is a brilliant professional who has undertaken a range of activities in a leading multinational financial group. Of note in recent years is his involvement as Chairman of the Argentine highway concessionaire Grupo Concesionario del Oeste (GCO), in which abertis holds a 48.6% shareholding.
