- The Business and Operations Directorate-General, headed by Tobías Martínez, which manages the current workings of the business, technology and operations of the companies retevisión and tradia, which retain the legal and operational separation of their networks, and

- The Development and Resources Directorate-General, headed by Josep Canós, which assumes responsibility for developing new services and products, expansion into new national and international markets, and the resources required by the companies retevisión and tradia.
