ACDL owns and had received acceptances of a total o 89.1% in the public takeover for TBI plc
THE 18TH DECEMBER IS THE END OF THE FIRST ACCEPTANCE PERIOD
Until 18 December, 59.9% of the share capital of the British airports company TBI plc has accepted the Public Takeover Offer made by Airport Concessions and Development Limited (ACDL), in which Abertis Infraestructuras (90%) and Aena Internacional (10%) have a stake. In total, ACDL owns and had received acceptances of a total of 89.1% of the share capital of TBI so far.
On 18 December the first acceptance period of the offer ended, and as was foreseen in the process it has been extended to 7 January 2005.
In addition, on 2 December 2004 ACDL announced the acquisition of the 29.9% of the share capital of TBI plc that ACDL acquired on 2 December in the market, which was diluted to 29.2% after the capital increase carried out in order to acquire Alterra’s minority stake in London Luton A.O. Ltd.
