abertis logística has signed an agreement with Lince Envíos for the lease of an industrial building with an area of 1,300 square metres in abertis logisticspark coslada. The rented building is located in the second phase of the logistics park, which has been in operation since 2009. The agreement has a term of three years.

Lince Envíos, the logistics operator specialising in promotional logistics, manages part of the logistics chain of its clients and offers a range of services, including supply management, storage, stock management, distribution, tracking and management of goods.

The agreement signed with Lince Envíos consolidates the marketing of abertis logisticspark coslada, following the recent agreements signed with MRW Logística and Grupo Microma for the lease of 7,750 square metres and 4,274 square metres, respectively.

In 2009, abertis logística began the expansion of its installations at abertis logisticspark coslada. This project involved the complete reconditioning and modernisation of the logistics park's second phase, covering a total surface area of 10.7 hectares. The extended and redesigned sector spans some 38,000 square metres.
