Treasury Stock


In compliance with the obligation to communicate the purchase of treasury stock, abertis notified the Spanish stock market regulator, the CNMV, on April 26th, 2012 the acquisition of a total of treasury stock.

abertis´s treasury stock position as of April 26th 2012 is 77,598,011 shares representing 9,99% of its current share capital.
