To guarantee the confidentiality, security and integrity of communications
Only Abertis Ethics Committee members can access the ethical channel. The channel ensures that all communications and/or queries are handled with full integrity and traceability, from the moment they are received until they are resolved.
We protect the anonymity of any employee who submits a digital complaint/query.
Who manages the Abertis ethical channel?
The Ethics Committee is responsible for handling communications and queries. Its members act in accordance with the principles of integrity, autonomy, independence, confidentiality, objectivity, fairness, the right to be heard, and non-retaliation.
What can be reported?
Anyone who has a relationship with Abertis may consult or report allegations regarding possible irregularities in compliance with applicable legislation and/or Abertis' internal standards.
What are Abertis ethical standards?
Abertis has internal policies in place to govern the management of its activities. All of these internal policies are aligned with the Group's Code of Ethics. Particular importance is given to policies related to corruption prevention and to the way Abertis manages its ethical culture.
