Rudolf Bräunig was born in 1953 and studied business administration at the University of Cologne, Germany. In addition, he had a Corporate Finance program from New York University and a Corporate Finance program from Brown Shipley & Co, in London.

Mr. Bräunig started his professional career in Deutsche Bank in 1973, where he spent more than 25 years. From 1980 to 1996, he held various positions in the Corporate Finance department in Frankfurt and from 1996 to 1998, he was also member of the Management Board of the Southwest Area. In 1998, he joined Siemens AG as Director of the Finance Department, and stayed until 2001, when he moved to Hochtief AG as Head of Corporate Finance, his current position.

Georg von Bronk joined Hochtief in 1991, and since then, has held various management positions within the group. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. von Bronk was the Head of Strategic Projects; from 2002 to 2004 he led the Corporate Development Department; from 2004 to 2011 he was the Head of Corporate Legal, and from 2011 to 2014 Head of Legal and Risk Governance of Hochtief Solutions AG. In 2014 he was promoted to Head of Corporate Governance at Hochtief AG, his current position.

Mr. von Bronk was born in 1961 and has a Degree in Law by the University in Münster, Germany. Prior to Hochtief, he worked for the Regional Appeal Court of Hamm, Germany

Xavier Brossa has been Responsible Partner in the Barcelona office of PricewaterhouseCoopers for ten years, until he ceased in July 2016. Currently, he exercise his profession freely as economist and auditor.

Javier Carreño joined Hochtief AG in 2014, in its headquarters in Essen, Germany. In 2015 he was appointed Managing Director of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung GmbH, the real estate subsidiary of Hochtief. In addition, in 2017 he was also appointed as Head of Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions of HOCHTIEF AG.

Mr. Carreño was born in 1978 and studied business administration in Madrid, Spain. He started his professional career in 2005 at Deloitte in Madrid, where he hold different positions in the Audit and Corporate Finance departments respectively. In 2007, he joined ACS Group as Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions in Madrid, Spain. In 2013, he joined the company Swissport in its headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland as Senior Manager for Strategy and M&A.

Peter Coenen joined Hochtief in 2001 in its Controlling department. In 2007 he was appointed Head of Corporate Development Department of Hochtief AG, and was responsible for M&A, global IT and strategy. In 2012, we has promoted to CEO of Hochtief PPP Solutions, the concession-arm of Hochtief AG

Mr. Coenen was born in 1971 and has studies of Industrial Engineer, by the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. He started his professional career in 1997 at Balcke-Dürr GmbH as Project Controller.

Born in San Juan (Puerto Rico), in 1960. He has a law degree from the University of Virginia (USA). He was the 9th Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico from 2009 to 2012. Former president of the Partido Nuevo Progresista (PNP), and a member of the Republican Party of the United States of America.

Nikolaus Graf von Matuschka

Born in 1963, Nikolaus Graf von Matuschka has been a member of the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft in Essen since May 2014 and the company’s Labor Director since November 2015. He is responsible for the activities in the PPP, real estate, and facility management segments in the Europe division and is additionally in charge of Sustainability/Corporate Responsibility within the HOCHTIEF Group.

Nikolaus Graf von Matuschka has held various management positions at HOCHTIEF since 1998, most recently as a member of the HOCHTIEF Solutions Executive Board starting in February 2013. In May, 2014 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of HOCHTIEF Solutions. Previously, he was directly responsible for several segments and regions of HOCHTIEF’s European business. Graf von Matuschka has earned various qualifications in business administration, including two degrees from the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.

Mischa Horstmann joined Hochtief AG in 2007, in its headquarters in Essen, Germany. In 2010, he was appointed Head of Accounting of Hochtief PPP Solutions, the concession-arm of Hochtief AG. In 2015, Mr. Horstmann was promoted to Head of Corporate Accounting Hochtief AG, where he is responsible for all accounting and tax matters.

Mr. Horstmann was born in 1974 and studied business administration at the University of Cologne, Germany.  He is a chartered accountant and started his professional career at Ernst & Young, where he spent more than seven years.

Born in 1965, José Ignacio Legorburo has been a member of the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft in Essen since May 2014. On the Board, he holds the post of Chief Operating Officer (COO). He is responsible for the Group companies Infrastructure and Engineering in the Europe division.

In May 2014, Mr. Legorburo was appointed as a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of HOCHTIEF Solutions. He has over 25 years’ experience in the European construction sector. Most recently, he headed the ACS construction subsidiary Dragados as European Managing Director and expanded its business within Europe, with a particular focus on the UK. He was also responsible for other units at ACS, such as the building division of the construction company Vias. Previously, he worked as a civil engineer, project manager, and later Managing Director in the ACS Group from 1989. Mr. Legorburo studied civil engineering at the University of Madrid.

Mr Muriel joined the ACS Group in 1995, and has been participating in various companies around the world. From 2002 to 2006 Mr. Muriel was the CFO of Iridium in Chile. He then went on to work in North America until 2011, where he was the CFO of ACS Infrastructure Development Inc., the ACS Group’s PPP operations, in North America.

In 2011 Mr. Muriel was the CFO of Iridium Concesiones de Infraestructuras, S.A., in Madrid, Spain, the concession-arm of ACS Group, and in 2012 he became Head of Corporate M&A at HOCHTIEF, in Essen, Germany, until April 2014 when he joined CIMIC Group Limited, in Sydney, Australia, as Chief Development Officer and Managing Director of Pacific Partnerships. In addition to these roles, from June 2015 to May 2017, Angel Muriel was CIMIC Group’s Chief Financial Officer.

Since May 2017, Ángel Muriel has a senior role at the ACS Corporation Headquarters in Madrid, Spain.

Born in 1966, Peter Sassenfeld has been a member of the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF AG in Essen since November 2011. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, he is responsible for the corporate departments Mergers & Acquisitions, Controlling, Finance, Capital Markets Strategy/Investor Relations, Accounting and Tax, and Insurance. Since July 2015, Mr. Sassenfeld has also been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of HOCHTIEF Solutions AG.

Mr. Sassenfeld studied business administration at Saarland University. After his studies, he first performed various management functions at Mannesmann in Germany and abroad. Later he managed the worldwide mergers and acquisitions activities at the Bayer Group in Leverkusen. From October 2005, Mr. Sassenfeld worked for the KraussMaffei Group in Munich and from February 2007 as CFO of KraussMaffei AG. In May 2010, he took over as CFO of Ferrostaal AG in Essen.

Born in Zaragoza (Spain), in 1957.

State lawyer (1982) degree in Law and Philosophy and Letters by the Zaragoza University. Her professional career has been linked to energy, through the National Electricity System Commission and National Energy Commission (1995-2013); and as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Legal Consuel of the Spanish company Red Eléctrica de España (1988-1995). She also has served as General Director of State Assets (Ministry of Finance) Nowadays, she is a lawyer Of Consuel at the Public Law and Regulated Sectors department at Pérez Llorca Spanish law firm.
